At Advance Welding, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals through meaningful, hands-on learning and strong community partnerships. We proudly collaborate with students from Western New England University, Chicopee Comprehensive High School, and the University of Hartford, offering financial support, donating materials, providing facility tours and hands-on training, and sharing real-world industry insights both in group settings and one-on-one.
 
By staying actively involved in career fairs, workforce development initiatives, and school programs, we help students connect classroom learning with practical applications in today’s skilled trade environment.
